Alexander Bohlander, SPINEFITTER Educator, will introduce you to the world of SPINEFITTER exercises. You will get an introduction to the effects of the SPINEFITTER as well as many practical exercises and tips aimed at releasing tension, improving joint mobility and strengthening the deep muscles. 

In addition to the video course, you will receive a high-quality workbook as accompanying material.

After successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate (Qualified SPINEFITTER Instructor Basic).

Exploit the potential of the SPINEFITTER and take your individual training or the training of your group to the next level.

Good inspiration for the use of the spinefitter.

If you use the spinefitter I recommend to attend the Workshop. It will give you inspiration to use the spinefitter in various ways.

Spinefitter is super the downloads for the workshop was a very time consuming

There has to be an easier way to watch the videos. i had a lot of trouble with it. Part 1 and 2 are the same video for example. I do love the spinefitter, it is lovely to use.

We are aware that the download of different videos takes a while but having separate downloads gives you the possibility to watch every session separately and you don’t have to search for the part you would like to study.
