I recently completed the **SPINEFITTER® by SISSEL® Professional Video Training**, and it exceeded my expectations. The course is exceptionally well organized, combining anatomy, movement science, and practical application in a way that is both approachable and highly effective. The instruction is clear, engaging, and easy to follow, making it simple to integrate the SPINEFITTER into Pilates, fitness, and therapeutic movement settings.
I especially appreciated the emphasis on understanding *why* each exercise works, not just *how* to perform it. The accompanying workbook, exercise progressions, and indication-specific programming provide valuable tools that I can immediately apply with clients. Whether you're a Pilates instructor, fitness professional, or therapist, this course offers a solid foundation for using the SPINEFITTER safely and confidently.
I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to expand their movement toolbox and deepen their understanding of spinal health and functional movement. It is a worthwhile investment in both professional development and client outcomes.
