Alexander Bohlander, SPINEFITTER Educator, t'initie dans ce cours au monde des exercices du SPINEFITTER. Tu recevras une introduction aux effets du SPINEFITTER ainsi que de nombreux exercices et conseils pratiques visant à éliminer les tensions, à améliorer la mobilité des articulations et à renforcer la musculature profonde. 

En plus du cours vidéo, tu recevras un workbook de haute qualité comme matériel d'accompagnement.

Une fois le cours terminé avec succès, tu recevras un certificat (Qualified SPINEFITTER Instructor Basic).

Exploite le potentiel du SPINEFITTER et fais passer ton entraînement individuel ou celui de ton groupe au niveau supérieur.

La langue de la vidéo est l'anglais.

Good inspiration for the use of the spinefitter.

If you use the spinefitter I recommend to attend the Workshop. It will give you inspiration to use the spinefitter in various ways.

Spinefitter is super the downloads for the workshop was a very time consuming

There has to be an easier way to watch the videos. i had a lot of trouble with it. Part 1 and 2 are the same video for example. I do love the spinefitter, it is lovely to use.

We are aware that the download of different videos takes a while but having separate downloads gives you the possibility to watch every session separately and you don’t have to search for the part you would like to study.
