How often should I exercise with the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®?It has been shown that performing selected exercises every other day for 10 to 15 minutes is effective. Initially, 3 to 6 repetitions per exercise are optimal and sufficient; later, an increase to 8 to 10 repetitions is possible. In addition, you can do a 10-minute stretching session on the SPINEFITTER every day, combining light stretching exercises with lying on the multitool. I had purchased this package to educate myself on the most innovative Spinefitter and it served the purpose really well. At the end of the course, I was able to reason why and how a Spinefitter helps in our everyday life , and how easily it can be used for just any musculoskeletal issue ranging from the head to the toe. The instructors took their time explaining and demonstrating all the aspects on basic anatomy, principles on how the Spinefitter works on different joints, assessments and contraindications very clearly.
