In 2022, SISSEL® conducted a specially designed study to pinpoint the physical effects of using the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®. This study was focussed on the mobility of the spine and shoulders, on neck-shoulder tension and shoulder-neck pain. 12 physiotherapy practices recruited 180 volunteers to partake in this study.
The results were phenomenal. Immediate feedback showed that there was significant improvement in spine mobility and that pain and tension were being thoroughly reduced.

Lipedema Study
SPINEFITTER for Lipedema Relief
In addition to general efficiency studies, a special medical survey was conducted to determine the effects of Spinefitter training routines on lipedema and related diagnoses.
