The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool is an attachable module for expanding the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® and SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Mini. It allows targeted, punctual pressure to be applied to trigger points (points of pain), hardenings, and tensions.

The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool is particularly effective in targeting points of pain next to the spine. Consequently, the module offers a simple way to autonomically release trigger points and hardenings along the spine most precisely and, thus, contribute to pain relief.

Thanks to the simple click system, the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool can be effortlessly connected to the SPINEFITTER and SPINEFITTER Mini.

How often should I exercise with the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®?It has been shown that performing selected exercises every other day for 10 to 15 minutes is effective. Initially, 3 to 6 repetitions per exercise are optimal and sufficient; later, an increase to 8 to 10 repetitions is possible. In addition, you can do a 10-minute stretching session on the SPINEFITTER every day, combining light stretching exercises with lying on the multitool. Déçu

Malheureusement ce module n’est pas au niveau du reste de la gamme Spinefitter.
Il est extrêmement pointu et rigide ce qui le rend inutilisable. C'est donc une grosse déception pour ma part. À ce niveau tarifaire on pourrait s'attendre à 2 ou 3 modules plus ou moins pointus et/ou souples pour s'assurer de trouver un produit qui soit adapté et utilisable. Déçu car le spinefitter en lui même est vraiment un super produit 😔

The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool was specifically developed for the targeted treatment of trigger points, muscle tension, and areas of tightness. Its shape and firmness are intentionally designed to create highly focused pressure. In fact, the shape was modeled after the thumb pads of a therapist to avoid creating excessively sharp pressure on the tissue while still being able to effectively reach deeper muscle and fascial structures in a precise and targeted way.
We understand that the perception of pressure is highly individual. As a result, the Trigger Tool may be experienced differently depending on personal sensitivity and the intended application.
