Many users are enthusiastic about the simple and at the same time effective application of the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® and would like to learn more about the effect and exercises. In our video workshop, the inventor and experienced physiotherapist Nina Metternich (German video workshop) and the physiotherapist and osteopath Alexander Bohlander (English video workshop) explain the benefits of the exercises from the therapist's point of view. You learn the correct execution of the exercise, the correct positioning and which structures you influence in the respective exercise. This will enable you to pass on the exercises to clients or patients and become confident in instructing them.
