In our video workshop, the inventor and experienced physiotherapist Nina Metternich (German video workshop) and the physiotherapist and osteopath Alexander Bohlander (English video workshop) explain the benefits of the exercises from the therapist's point of view. You learn the correct execution of the exercise, the correct positioning and which structures you influence in the respective exercise. This will enable you to pass on the exercises to clients or patients and become confident in instructing them.

After you have completed our SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Certified Instructor Video Workshop, you have the opportunity to become certified through an interactive test and to be able to design and offer courses with a professional orientation in the future.
