Nina Metternich, SPINEFITTER Educator, will introduce you to the world of SPINEFITTER exercises. You will get an introduction to the effects of the SPINEFITTER as well as many practical exercises and tips aimed at releasing tension, improving joint mobility and strengthening the deep muscles.

In addition to the video course, you will receive a high-quality workbook as accompanying material.
After successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate (Qualified SPINEFITTER Instructor Basic).

Exploit the potential of the SPINEFITTER and take your individual training or the training of your group to the next level.

Gute Einführung in den Spinefiiter

Leider waren bei mir Videosequenzen teilweise doppelt und etwas durcheinander. Der Inhalt war allerdings sehr informativ und gut verständlich erklärt.
Ich hätte mir noch etwas mehr Information zum Nutzen im Stand bezüglich der Muskelketten gewünscht.
